After using this Pad for a while I've found that the smearing of the ink has not been an issue. If you rub the ink shortly after writing it 'will' smear, but that typically never happens, and I've not had problems with it. They say that green is the most agreeable color to the eye, and tho I typically don't like the color green for apparel etc, for many things it is the most calming and least distracting to the senses, and I really like these Light Green lines. On most other pads the lines and colors dominate the page, but not so with this pad, the lines fade into the background allowing your print to stand out clearly. So I like this product a lot and feel sure I will buy more of them once my current supply has run out.
